I have to apologize to everyone who visits my blog. I don't mean to spell words wrong. I need to take a little more time to review my posts before I publish them.
I just finished searching for kinesiology podcasts that I can put in my blogline account. I was able to find a few that I was interested in Podcastalley.com. One was about Health and Fitness, the other was about Ironman updates. I think the podcast are easy to use so far. The ones I've seen on our assignment pages are fun to watch. I think it makes the assignemnts more fun when there is a podcast to watch.

I have really enjoyed watching the podcast as well. Do you know Jeff Moffett in Bakersfield? You made me think about him when you wrote about the podcast ironman update. I use to compete against him in the Fresno area.
